Address: 102 W. Brown St. • Beaverton
Hours: Monday-Wednesday, noon-10 p.m.; Thursday-Saturday, 11 a.m.-11 p.m.; Sunday 1-9 p.m.
Signature Dishes: They’re best known for their Mexican food.
Personal Favorite: I rarely order anything with sauce on it. Usually I’d order a burger or a maybe a taco salad. I don’t know what possessed me but when I was in the other day I ordered their Mexican lunch special — a ground beef enchilada and a mini taco salad. The mini taco salad was great as always. What did surprise me was how much I enjoyed the enchilada. It was, by far, the best enchilada I have ever eaten. I now have a new favorite and can’t wait to have one again.
Atmosphere: Rustic look with typical mid Michigan bar atmosphere.
Side Note: While I encourage ordering their excellent Mexican food (everything I’ve ever had there is great), my dining companion had an olive burger and onion rings which looked delicious! Also, their prices are low, especially when you compare it to the amount of food you get.
