Dilemmas with Dinner cast announced

Mid Michigan Community College Community Theatre has put together a talented cast for its April production of “Dilemmas with Dinner” by Robin Roberts. The play will be presented in the MMCC Auditorium on the Harrison campus.

The story is set in the home of Brooke and Donny (Katherine Johns of Harrison and Zeon Turner of Farwell). A caterer (Taunee Sherlock of Gladwin) works frantically to prepare for a last-minute, lavish dinner for Brooke’s boss (Dave Ouellette of Clare) and his wife (Monika Pfannes of Gladwin). Thrown into the mix is an inept, fired employee of Donny’s (Brennan Greenacre of Clare) and Brooke’s best friends (Jazlyn Hale of Farwell and Mackenzie Bacon of Mt. Pleasant), who are having problems of their own, and the stage is set for some light-hearted fun.

Matinees are April 9, 11, 16 and 18 at 2 p.m. An optional buffet luncheon is available at noon in the Michigan Room. Ticket prices are $8 for the show only or $20 for the luncheon and show. Luncheon tickets must be purchased in advance and seating is limited.

Evening performances are April 19 and 20 at 7 p.m. Tickets are $8 for adults and $5 for children 12 years and under.

Tickets for this fast-paced farce are on sale in the Harrison Campus Bookstore. For credit card orders using Visa, MasterCard or Discover, visit or call the Bookstore at (989) 386-6640 during regular business hours, 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday – Thursday and 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Fridays.
