Grown Ups 2 lives up to its predecessor

In July the sequel to the smash hit movie Grown Ups opened in theaters across the nation. Grown Ups 2 stars an all-star cast that includes Adam Sandler, Kevin James, Chris Rock, and David Spade, who play a groups of best friends who prove no matter how old men are, they will still get into the same trouble they did when they were kids, with perhaps a slightly different outcome due to old age.

Along with the returning all-star cast, Grown Ups 2 adds actor Taylor Lautner, who plays an overly enthusiastic college student who is more worried about his frat house and parties than actual college. Grown Ups 2 is a fun family movie (rated PG-13) with many different twists and turns that will keep the audience laughing from the very first scene.

In my opinion:

After the first gut-busting movie installment in 2010, Grown Ups 2 had a lot to live up to in the comedy department. It achieved that, with the help of a large number of potty jokes and situations you can just image middle-aged men getting involved in. In the end, I believe Grown Ups 2 did an awesome job filling the shoes of the first movie while delivering a positive message — that we all must stand up for what we believe in and for ourselves. I recommend this movie for anyone who enjoys a good laugh.
