Mid Michigan Community College photography professor Bob Guiliani took on the task of starting a new photography class during the Fall 2012 semester. In addition to being the first to take the new ART 247 Contemporary Photography class, Guiliani assigned students the task of taking photos on all three of MMCC’s campuses. He then compiled a photo book using some of the photos that they had taken. There have been many changes at the Harrison campus the past few years. With the expansion of the Summerton Road campus, the Pickard Street campus will eventually close. The five students agreed that it was important to photograph what the campuses looked like at the time. A copy of the book is available at the library on the Harrison campus.
