CLARE – The Clare County Democratic Party is hosting a Democratic candidate forum and a viewing of the documentary Koch Brothers Exposed: 2014 Edition at the Ideal Theater in Clare.
At the Sept. 18 event, attendees can meet the Democratic candidates beginning at 6 p.m. The candidate forum will begin at 7 p.m. and be followed by a viewing of the documentary.
Koch Brothers Exposed: 2014 Edition is a new documentary about the billionaire brothers David and Charles Koch. The updated documentary shows how the Koch brothers have used their vast fortunes to oppose government programs, such as Medicaid, Medicare, and Social Security, as well as obstruct efforts to raise the minimum wage, tackle climate change, and expand voting rights.
