Mid Michigan Community College is offering two three-hour workshops in February aimed at empowering students to succeed in college. The free workshops will be offered on both the Harrison and Mt. Pleasant campuses.
During the session, students will expand on ways to manage their time, learn to recognize and cope with stress, and be introduced to different study techniques.
Sessions will be held 3-6 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 5, in Room 168D on the Mt Pleasant campus and from 1-4 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 17, in the Higgins Room on the Harrrison campus. Refreshments will be provided.
Sign-up information is available at www.midmich.edu/Title3Workshop, or contact an advisor.
The workshops are provided as part of MMCC’s Title 3 Empowering Students to Succeed Initiative.
